Component Rebuilds at Our Broken Hill Rebuild Centre
Major component rebuilds are carried out in the HES Component Rebuild Centre in Broken Hill, supporting mines and heavy industry across Far West NSW and the Cobar region.
Rebuilding a component is usually faster and cheaper than replacing it, and it keeps a known machine in service.

Rebuild and test
Components are rebuilt to specification, then checked before return. Machining, welding and modification work is supported by CFE Engineering & Fabrication.
Rebuild exchange and planning
Planning rebuilds around your maintenance schedule reduces unplanned downtime. Where a component fails without warning, our breakdown support team can remove and replace it, then rebuild the failed unit.

We work across the mixed fleets typically found on regional mine sites. Send us the model and component details and we will confirm.
Can you transport the component?
Removal, handling and lifting can be arranged, including crane hire where a lift is needed.
