Specialised Diagnostics & Breakdown Support
HES provides mining breakdown support and specialised diagnostics on mobile equipment across Broken Hill, Cobar and the surrounding region.
Our maintenance personnel are experienced at fault finding on underground drills, loaders, trucks and associated plant, then carrying out the repair.

2. Repair on site
Where practical the repair is completed in the field so the machine returns to production quickly.
3. Escalation when needed
If the damage is beyond a field repair, the unit moves to our Component Rebuild Centre with continuity of the same team.

Do you attend site or do machines come to you?
Both. Field service handles most breakdowns, and our workshops take on anything that needs a controlled environment.
Can you cover electrical faults too?
Yes. Our auto electrical services cover diagnostics and repairs on machine electrical systems.
Can you provide ongoing cover instead of one-off callouts?
Yes. Many sites place our people on site through labour hire and site maintenance so support is already there.
